Hi there!

I’m Dr. Jackie Layton—psychologist, business owner, and therapist who’s passionate about helping people like you break free from trauma, stress, and burnout. And, I've also been where you are.

I and the amazing people I get to work with have all tried the usual burnout advice —productivity hacks, self-care checklists—and I'm guessing if you are here, those tips didn't work for you either.

That’s why I created this guide. Burnout isn’t a personal failing, and it can’t be solved by just "hustling harder."

• It’s not just a list of coping skills or mindfulness techniques. While those are important, burnout runs much deeper than that.
